This was my first time buying online and thanks to Peters Dodge I will only purchase online. This is the best thing since sliced bread!! I submitted my request and the next thing I know they were calling me.(Kinda freaked out at first)They responded in less than 10min!!

We had a great experience with Peters. We had been looking all day but hadn’t tried Peters yet, so on our way home we stopped by, and that was the best decision we made. When we showed up we looked at several things we liked but they didn’t seem to be in our price range. Well after a few minutes of looking we were approached by a salesman, Bruce Hofstetter and he told us he was gonna show us the “deal of the lot”, and we were thinking it was gonna be a van from the 80’s or something. haha. But, instead he walked right to the vehicle we liked the most, of all we had seen that day, and even the last few weeks. It was a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica and it was like new. It was for sale for a reasonable price, and they gave us 1,200 more for the trade-in.
Found the Jeep I had built online at Peters so I called them and talked to Ron Luttrell. I told him that I would be over, we live in Bossier City, La.,the next day, 4/15/10 but we deceided to go on the 14th. Called Ron and had him check the lot to make sure the Jeep was still there. He called me back and said it was. I told him we are on out way and would be there within the hour and to have his best offer. When we arrived we were greeted by Ron. The deal went smooth, we bought the Jeep and drove it off the lot by 6pm, very happy. Will do more business their.
this was a quick and farely painless experiance. not like the normal hated ordeal of buying a car
Completely wonderful, hassle free, car buying experience. We called and told Patrick Stewart what we wanted, what we were trading in and 75% of it was done from the comfort of our living room. Patrick picked a vehicle based on what I told him I wanted and it was perfect. There was no all day back and forth negotiating. We told them what time we would be there and the Jeep was gased up and waiting by the front door. Took it for a test drive and it exceeded all of our expectations. We told Patrick we wanted it and he worked with Stephen Francis the finance manager and we were out of there on our way home within forty five minutes from the time we got there. Financing was quick, easy and thoroughly explained. We even had time for them to teach us how to take the top off. We came over from Tyler and the next vehicle we purchase will be from Patrick Stewart and Stephen Francis. It makes the experience of buying a car alot less stressful when you have people like these guys who are serious about their job and satisfying their customers. Thank you…. and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Jeep!!!!
Diane and I were planning on looking and not necessisarily buying a couple of weeks ago. The 4 wheel drive tahoe we drove up to see was perfect for our needs. Ron Luttrell was great from the word go. We had decided to leave and save a little more for a larger down payment when the question was asked-”What will it take per month to get you in the truck?” We gave a number and left the dealership to do some Mother’s Day shopping only to be found later at the Pottery Barn by Mr. Lutrell who met our number! Thanks to everyone at Peters, especially Ron!
