A Note From Us Over COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,


We want to share with you the steps we are taking to help #flattenthecurve by prioritizing the safety and health of our customers and employees, and at the same time being available to service any of your automotive needs.

For years we have offered Nationwide Free Delivery. Now, we are expanding this program to include test drives as well as service pick up and delivery.

If you are interested in a vehicle, let one of our sales consultants schedule a test drive or deliver directly to you. Upon arrival, you can expect your vehicle to be clean and sanitized thoroughly.

If your current vehicle requires service, let us come pick it up. Once we fix your vehicle, we will sanitize it and return it to you.

We have taken several internal measures to clean touchpoints throughout our dealership, including our service waiting rooms, children’s playroom, sales offices, and showrooms.

We feel like these measures will help protect not only you but our employees while still offering the easiest, safest way to purchase or service your vehicle.

Additional measures that Peters Chevrolet is taking:


    • To support social distancing recommendations, we have modified furniture arrangements within our dealership and support a 6-feet distance between all employees and customers.
    • We are doing our best to source materials that are currently in short supply, such as hand sanitizers, cleansers, gloves, and masks.
    • Additional measures are being taken by our day time and night time cleaning crews to assure that our facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
    • Vehicles being delivered are sanitized thoroughly and contactless between the sales representative and the customer.
    • We are also cleaning high-touch surfaces within each vehicle prior to returning it to each customer.
    • We always want to be polite at Peters, but we have asked all employees to refrain from shaking hands and hugging our customers and each other during this time.
    • Test drives are still available. As long as information is provided, we will allow those who are shopping for a vehicle to test drive the car by themselves.
    • We have removed food from our refreshment areas. Coffee bars and water stations are being cleaned every half hour.
    • Service appointment? Vehicles are available for pickup and delivery. They will be cleaned upon pickup and delivery to ensure a safe environment.
    • We have asked all employees to wash hands hourly and noted that hand washing should occur with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
    • Last but not least, we have required that those who are not feeling well must stay home!
